Complete Planning is perfect for those busy couples who have NO time for wedding planning or simply just don’t want to be bothered with minor details. I would assist in searching for venues, vendors, calling for information & pricing, booking appointments, tasting and fittings, and other duties discussed with the couple. This package includes  stepping in six to twelve months in advance to ensure I am an expert on your day — ($1500 value) Ongoing, UNLIMITED communication via email & phone – ($500)  Planning, consulting, creating schedules, assisting with floor plans — ($200) Checking in with vendors about 7-10 days before the wedding date to insure their commitments with you — ($150) 6 hours on Wedding Day Coordination — ($750) & Initial 45-60 minute in person or phone consultation with agenda – ($100 or free if you book me) $3,200+ VALUE for ONLY $2,800.

Stepping in a month before your special day, I work to become the Expert of your wedding. I assist with any last minute components and create your detailed schedule. With UNLIMITED Communication via phone and email, we will plan ahead to ensure your day will run seamlessly and help manage all of the details on and before your big day.

This package includes stepping in two to four weeks before to ensure I am an expert on your big day — ($750 value) Ongoing, UNLIMITED communication via email & phone.  ($300) Planning, consulting, creating schedules, assisting with floor plans — ($150) Checking in with vendors about 7-10 days before the wedding date to insure their commitments with you — ($150) & Initial 45 min in person or phone consultation with agenda – ($100 or free if you book me) $1,750+ VALUE for ONLY $900.

PACKAGE DETAILS AND ADD ONS

Location:

I cover up to 45 miles round trip to and from your venue(s) from Colton, CA. After that, there is a reasonable fee for traveling ($1 per mile).

Hours:

ALL Packages include 6 hour wedding day service, however, extra hours are available for an hourly fee. Overtime Wedding Day-of hourly fee Only – $75

Rehearsal-on another day besides on the wedding day – $100 plus travel time $.75 per mile.

Wedding Size:

For events Over 150 guests (The average sized wedding) +$50 per every 50 guests.

Assistants:

Assistant REQUIRED for events with 200+ guests (recommended for guest 150+) —Assistant rate – $20 hour plus travel.

– Set up of items on wedding day such as: candles, guest book, favors, toasting glasses, place cards, table numbers, programs, etc. (IF ASSISTANT IS HIRED)

– Vendor Recommendations

– Ongoing and unlimited communication/support via phone & email.

– Address any questions or concerns with layouts & logistics.

– Preparation of personalized wedding day itinerary (timeline schedule).

– Confirm vendor commitments 1-2 weeks before wedding date.

– Provide vendors with timeline schedule.

– Recommendations for the Procession and Ceremony programs

– Coordinating and managing the ceremony and reception.

– Distributing final payments / gratuities to all vendors in sealed envelopes.

– Overseeing proper set-up of venue locations, and wedding professionals’ responsibilities to ensure details are properly executed as planned.

– Assisting with distribution of all corsages, boutonnieres, wedding flowers and flower baskets.

– Greeting your guests and directing them to ceremony, cocktail, and reception areas.

– Lining up wedding party for processional and grand entrance.

– Address any issues that arise and assistance with MUCH, MUCH, MORE to mention here.

– But MOST importantly, ensuring the bride and groom are having an AMAZING time on their Big Day!
